Do you charge a setup fee?+
You can set up UpFlow SIS yourself using our standard import tools for free. However, because data migration from legacy software is complex, most schools opt for our optional $999 White-Glove Setup & Data Migration. With this service, our team handles the heavy lifting: we import your historical student rosters, configure your State Board curriculums, and conduct a live onboarding training call with your staff.
What counts as a 'student'?+
An actively enrolled student. Withdrawn or graduated students don't count toward your bill. Re-enrollments do.
Do you require a contract?+
No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. Annual prepay gives you 2 months free.
Is it NACCAS / state-board / Title IV ready?+
Yes. Clock-hour audit trail, SAP monitoring, NACCAS metrics, 1098-T export, and state-board hour reports are all built in.
How does Stripe payment processing work?+
Schools keep 100% of standard tuition payments — Stripe fees (2.9% + 30¢) are passed through with no markup. The only platform fee is 1.5% on public clinic-floor services booked online through your booking page, which covers payment processing, client reminders, and the booking infrastructure.
